GST Registration NOC in case of firm
Can I take NOC for partnership firm GST registration, principal place of business is in the name of partner

Need to specify the registered address in partnership deed itself, where the clause to run the business in any partner's property would be incorporated.
Even after that, GST authority may ask for NOC, which you are required to obtain.
