GST Registration for Software Export under 20 Lakhs

Hi all,

Kindly clarify my doubts.

1. Whether GST Registration is required for Software Export under 20 Lakhs

2.If receiving payments from foreign clients by Paypal, How can i get GST exemption. What are the methods? I dont want to pay first and then claim the refund.

Is there no chances to increase export in near future ?. I mean above 20 Lacs .

Export of goods mandatory registration export of services limit of 20 lakhs is applicable and export is a 0 rated supply I dont know about 2nd question
