i want to take GST Registration for my small internet Cyber Cafe. can i registered under Composition Scheme?

because your customers are mostly unregistered persons and they will not require tax invoice

u are not eligible to be registered under composition scheme..as service provider are not covered under section 10 of cgst act

agree with abhishek jain, as a service provider you are not eligible for composition scheme you have to collect 18% of gst

NO, service provider except resturent services can not opt composition. since you are cafe service provider u can not take composition scheme. you have to pay GST @ 18%. for the purpose of filling return you can get relief if your turnover does not exceed 1.5 cr per annum.
