Hello we have a Incubation company funded by NITI ayog for the period of 5 year and it a section 8 company registered uder company act 2013.It is compulsary to registered for GST for the company.?.
Further we have PAN ,TAN and certification of Incorporation issued by Ministry of corporate affairs.

Since its a section 8 company i.e not for profit company thats why no GST registration required as you are not providing any taxable services
what if it would be a section 7 company.
