My cousin is doing EGG wholesale business and Annual turnover is about 60 Lakhs. There is no GST for EGG purchase or sales. But, aggregate TO is crossed 40 Lakhs. In this case, the egg seller need to register GST or not? If yes, how they will maintain Invoices for Purchases or sales without GST?
If your supplies are Exempt then no need of GST registration.
