Once you have applied you must have been intimated within 7 days about the discrepancy in your application.unless you have not done Aadhar authentication .
Incase of Aadhar authentication pending it will take atleast a month for dept to make physical verification based on which you will be alloted a Reg- certificate.

Assessee can start a business but he needs to issue revised GST invoice within a period of 30 days from the date of issuance of registration certificate.

Within 30 days from the date of application the registration is deemed to be granted unless any discrepancy raised by the department.

You can issue invoices if 30 days are passed and GST Official has not raised any discrepancy. One important point to note here is you will have to re-issue the invoices within a period of 30 days of getting the issuance certificate
