Hello Experts, One of my Client Registration is approved by the department but I have not got login Credentials. What should i do now ?

Check the email ID at which you got the GST Number. Dont miss the Junk and similar folders.
If you know the jurisdictional AO of GST, contact him to re-set.

I dont think it works, How ever TRN No. can be given to department seeking login credentials agin from registered mail ID.

If you have tried all options mentioned above then raise grievance through GST online grievance portal.

Yes Sir I have raised grievance ; Department is saying that technical error it seems.
