If an Individual Person Starts Two Proprietorship Firm (For Example 1. ADS Beauty Salon, 2. ADS Jewelry Store) now he wants tp apply for GST Registration in ADS Jewlery Store than it would affect to another Firm (ADS Beauty Salon) ?

YES...
GST registration and any other compliance is based on aggregate turnover of the individual.... i.e. its PAN India based.
