if I am supplier of delhi and supplying goods haryana then is also required to register in haryana?

Normal dealers can supply out of state with IGST charged, without registering in that state unless any specific supplies specified for local registration.

you have to take registration in all states in which you have a place of business
As per your query, if you have no branch in Haryana then you don't have to take separate registration in Haryana
