can I take two gst registration under same pan
one is for soft drinks wholesale dealer
other one is britannia biscuits wholesale dealer..

Proviso added to section 26(2) to enable registration for multiple places of business instead of business verticals.
“Provided that a person having multiple places of business in a State or Union territory may be granted a separate registration for each such place of business, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
