Gst Registration

Applicant is Director of the One man company. And Company has as It's GSTIN.

Now Application Applies for new GSTIN for sole proprietor business.

Is he eligible for new registration?

I had applied for Registration the same has been rejected.

you need to be sure that the business verticals are different for registration of two separate businesses in the same state

Business Verticals are different One is for construction services another for catering services.

Also Company has different PAN
Individual has different PAN

still officer rejected the Application.

you are giving director Phone and email id which was given in company GST registration.. please change the mobile and email number combination while registering director

Are you saying many companies which deals with different services and goods are under same gstin

GST law allow only one business registration against a GST number or GSTIN.

Sec25(2)
A person seeking registration under this Act shall be granted a single registration in a State or Union territory:
Provided that a person having multiple business verticals in a State or Union territory may be granted a separate registration for each business vertical, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.

However, the firms having branches or multiple business verticals can choose to add multiple businesses under a corresponding GST number.
