GSTIN is cumplosury according to aggregate turnover, You can use only one GSTIN (Update Nature of all business) in same GSTIN or you have to show flour mill and coffee powder business in other name (Spouse & Family Member) then you will be eligible to utilize only one GSTIN for Medical Store only. However you can registered in MSME, then threshold limit will applicable upto 40 lacs instead of 20 lacs. In that case no GST liability or registration will raise upto threshold limit 40 lacs.
