One of my client was registered under the composition scheme of GST and has cancelled the registration voluntary (wef. 30.04.2018). Now he wants to get benefit of registration as regular dealer under GST can he do it?

If his previous registration has been cancelled and he has cancellation certificate
Then apply for a fresh GST registration as a Regular dealer
