in case of sole proprietorship;what should require to upload on proof of constitution of bussiness ..I have not registered my bussiness yet.but need GST no. for Registration of my business.so what should I do?
Hi Kanchan Saxena, No proof of constitution is required for GST Registration of sole proprietorship concern. You can proceed for GST Registration even though you don't possess a proof of constitution in case of sole proprietorship.
Yes Kanchan. You need not upload any certificate of registration. As registration of a sole proprietorship firm is optional, the system doesn't mandate you to upload or furnish any registration details of the firm. But in case of a Company, it is mandatory to mention CIN. Since, it is a sole proprietorship concern, no need to furnish or upload any registration certificate.
