I am sale of only agriculture product (coconut, baddy) my sale turnover more Rs. 3200000/- compulsory register Gst or no

No Sir...

Both Coconut and Paddy ( being an agriculture produce ) are exempted goods.
Therefore you are not liable to take Registration under GST.

For more information, refer SECTION 23 of the CGST Act 2017, : "PERSONS NOT LIABLE FOR REGISTRATION".
