I want to know if some one dealing with second hand phone then gst registration compulsory or not and i also want to know in which scheme and what is marginal scheme

Registration mandatory if turnover exceeds 20 lacs (10 lacs in Special states)

Profit margin scheme can be used. Kindly refer Rule 32(5) of CGST Rules for conditions prescribed.
