If a new dealer wants to register for GST, he has to submit Bank Account Details. But banks are refusing to open an account without shop act Licence.
Now the question is if a new dealer has no any employee or less than 9 employee, as per he is not required to apply for Shop Act Licence, but GST and Bank required Shop Act Licence, secondly the portal of shop act Licence is down for indefinate time. Then how can a new dealer can run a business
