GST Registration

I've incorporated a company in Oct 2017 and it was not expected to exceed the threshold limit easily because of being a service supplier. However now I've received a big assignment and will cross the limit for sure. So I have to register my company under GST and issue the invoice including GST. My doubt is that what would be an impact on previous bill I've issued to other parties without GST.
