GST REGISTRATION
If the premises on which GST registration is to be taken is in the name of husband or rent agreement is in the name of husband but wife wants reg on same premises will she be able to take?? what documents required

Above said way not allowed the registration.
In case the registration in the name of Wife then the Rental Agreement required in Her name. If it's husband name then Application is under intimation after not satisfied AO then it ll be rejected.....
Better to create Agreement to Wife name... or
Registration in Husband Name...
