GST Registration

Dear expert

My friend doing business of cinema theater in Maharashtra state pre gst he was registered under entertainment tax in Maharashtra state and last year turnover is 21 lakh.

Please tell in above case he will liable to obtain gst registration. also please tell turnover for gst registration.

Yes, he will have to get GST registration.
The turnover limit under GST is Rs 20 lakhs in preceeding financial year.

Thanks sir,

But I have not cleared regarding turnover. As per your opinion turnover limit for gst is 20_lakh in preceding fy but as per gst act Preceeding fy is not mention is mention in a fy.
