If i am going to take register my business but my turnover is 14 lakh then can i take benefit of limits of 20 lakh rupees or we are liable for tax from first bill.

Once you register you are liable from 1st bill

The day you get you GSTIN number, from that very day you need to charge tax on your bills. irrespective of your Annual Turnover.
