Gst registration

Hi All, as per Law if a registered person purchases Services n goods from unregistered person, he should pay on behalf of unregistered dealer.

I am accountant running practice on LLP name, with less than 1.5 lacs annual turnover. As per rule, i need to register for GST, is there any way to work around Law, where i collect professional fees but at  same time do not register for gst
