There is exemption limit of Rs.20 Lakhs for GST Registration. But if I get gst registration when my turnover in below 10 lakhs, is it compulsory to pay gst on the services provided?

It is an optional for registration when your turnover is below Rs 20 Lakhs. If you getting registered then same rules are applicable as you are taxable person.
