Gst registration
Dear sir,
Myself a proprietor having office at 2 locations with same name of the firm.
Registered office in Mumbai and Branch Office in Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
holding individual vat/cst certificates of both states
My querry :
Whether i have do GST registration at both location or any one of them is ok.

Depending upon your requirement. If you are operating from & in both states, better take registration in both the states. But if you transaction in any state is less, you can operate from main office of other state also. In that case IGST would be chargeable.
