One of client is private limited company having registered office in Maharashtra. however their entire business will be conducted from Rajasthan. Can we take GST at Rajasthan address as Principle Place of Business?

In such a case you will be required to take registration in both the states
In addition to above, registration in Rajasthan will be treated as a distinct person . seprate entity under GST if you are having two different registration in Maharashtra and Rajasthan.
You need to take GST registration in both the states.
