Sir, Trust is having rental income on shops and voluntary contribution as well; but not above 20 lacs
Do the trust need to Pay GST on rent for shops on rent even though its rented its commercial rented income is less then 2 lacs

If trust has already taken gst no then he has to pay gst on rental income.. So raise tax invoice for that... Trust is exempted in gst only for religious activities... And when u took gst no then ur liability to pay gst start with Rs. 1...then no relevance of threshold limit
