if partnership firm convert into LLP and this course change in PAN no. then what implications on GST Registration?

You have to opt for New Registration under GST for your newly constituted LLP. Your old registration becomes invalid as you have changed your Form of Business Organisation and PAN as well. Since the GSTIN is a PAN Based Number , you have to opt for New Registration.
