no further action required until department ask u to do so. However GST reg 06 is the certificate which u should get from department not 26
WHEN I WAS PAYING GST WITH MY GSTIN I GOT AN ERROR SHOWING MY ID IS PROVISONAL SO HOW TO AVOID THAT
