Dear Sir/Madam,
there is individual person gst registration taken. he has only export income but has some india expense where gst is charged and expenses incurred are for business. can this gst be claimed as refund ?
1. what is the timeline to claim refund?
2. what is the process to claim?
3. how long it takes to receive refund?
Time line is two for the date of claiming itc.
Process is to file application for refund rfd-01
Generally within 1.5 to 2 months.
