what is the gst provision and tax of rate on services export out of India.
and if we add iGst in export invoice then can we claim refund this iGst from department.

Rate of tax will be the same as applicable on supply of service in India.
If you add IGST on invoice then you cannot claim refund of IGST as you have charged from client. First you need to add IGST on value of service then reduce IGST amount from total amount and deposit from your own.
