Gst refund of igst paid

My Client is making supply to SEZ unit. In the Month of July-17 and Aug.-2017 my client had made supply to SEZ unit without Bond and IGST is paid on the same.

But bymisatke SEZ supply amount is Feeded in 3.1(a) insted of 3.01(b).

So,Please guide me how to Apply for Refund of this IGST paid.
