We filed GST Refund Application of Cash Ledger Balance.
But, Notice has been Issued "Final Return" Not filed after Cancellation of GST Registration by Tax Payer & has been Rejected.
"Since, you have not filed the final return i.e., GSTR-10 within the prescribed time limit, Refund is liable to be rejected"

No time limit for refund from cash ledger.
But since you have applied for cancellation and order is also received there might be some problem.
