GST REFUND OF BAD DEBTS
What is provision regarding the GST collected & paid to the government but that sale become bad debt. Can i get the GST refund in respect of BAD DEBTS?

No there is no such cluase in GST , so cant....
No refund for bad debts. Bad debts is treated as expenses in books of account.
