Gst refund from cash ledger

You have to submit print ofut of the application to proper officer.

FAQ by 

GST is become a joke and shameful excersise. We are sitting on our suppliers head for same and clients are sitting on our head and no one has any clue what is going on.  

Isnt this government plan for GST to make all process paperless, from start to end? Then why are they asking just for refund application should be submitted in paper format?  The gst portal also does not inform about any paper submission

And which officer this should be sumbitted to, there is no clue. He will mostly ask for some under the table as it is  

Shame and a total disaster. Just looting from the government 

I don't think so as no body has received refund till date and

submition required as per twitter reply as well reply by inspector at gst bhavan
