Our client export to SEZ companies and client dint took bank guarantee r Lut, so they paid IGST in Fy 2017-18 and I have applied for a Gst refund and the department has rejected refund applications for not submitting the pertaining documents within the stipulated time and now we need to apply under appeal for claiming the refund.
Department asked Invoices with SEZ seals and the declaration in companies letterhead, we have SEZ seal invoices but we dint get Declaration letters in time, this week we may get the documents and going to apply for Appeal, we need to apply before or by Feb 29th.
Anyone has applied for GST refund through Appeal, I want to know the procedure, format and the documents submitted?
