Ours is an association of apartment owners. We pay GST on the services we get for maintenance etc. We also pay GST on the materials we purchase. Is there any way we can claim back the GST paid by way of refund? If so what is the procedure? In case if refund is permitted, should our association be a registered one with upto date renewals?
