Sir,
We are receiving 18% GST Input against service receive and GST on sale is only 5%.
Henceforth in my book large amount of input accumulate.
Can I take refund against this?
Someone told me that I am not eligible to claim refund because of this accumulated amount is due to Service Receipt.
So kindly advise and if possible also share notification regarding this matter.

No, you are not eligible to claim refund as per GST rules (Only exporter claim refund of accumulated ITC)

You can't apply for refund of accumulated ITC, only use for reduce your output GST liability
