How to apply for Gst re-registration after rejection?

If I apply for registration of GST with new mobile number and new email ID it shows PAN already exists. The ARN status shows rejected for said PAN Number.

How to Re-register guide me and show these below messege:-

"You already have above registrations under GST mapped against PAN. Do you wish to proceed?"
