We have paid tax under RCM in 2017-18, but forgot to avail the same in that year. But availed the same in 2018-19. How do we declare the same in GSTR 9

Its means you have neither shown liability & nor avail ITC for same then report
Report Accesible value of RCM in table 4(G) & Tax payable for same In Table 12
Report ITC RCM in table 6 row (C) or (D)
Report Accesible value of RCM in table 4(G) & Tax payable for same In Table 12
Report ITC RCM in table 6 row (C) or (D)
Sorry its Table 10 instead of Table 12 (for RCM payable tax) & do not report the Taxable value /Accessible value for RCM in table 10
