The situation:
The service provider is a unregistered dealer does the job work on kg basis with in the factory premises. monthly bills are raised by him around 2.5L per month. the supplier doesn't have any other customer.
My point is : As a recipient, whether there will be any reverse charge liability on the service received from such unregistered supplier?
If applicable, then please inform the section/ rule.

GST RCM applicability when purchase from UR Dealer.

No such RCM provision applicable here.
There is no RCM in this case but the job worker who is raising 2.5 lakhs per month needs to be registered and charge GST since he is crossing the threshold.
