Is GST is applicable as a RCM on payment made to unregistered person as a commission and as a interest on unsecured loan ?

no gst applicable till now. RCM provision in same case is not applicable now.

GST is not applicable on loans.

RCM on such payments has been postponed. RCM not applicable on Interest Payments
