Whether RCM Apply on reiumbersements of auto charges, cab charges
and bus charges to the employees ?

no rcm is not applied to reimbursement as per my knowledge

Services by a metered cabs, auto rikshaws, non ac public transport buses are exempted from GST see notification 12/2017 central tax(rate). Accordingly abovementioned services are exempt and no RCM also.
