I want to know the GST rates & category for Pharma/Drug Repackers. Earlier under VAT the catergory was 'Drugs and medicines including vaccines, syringes and dressings, medicated ointments produced under drugs licence, light liquid paraffin of IP grade'.
Basically the Drugs are purchased in bulk quantity and repacked in smaller packs (With Drug Licence number mentioned on the label as provided by the Drug Department).
