Gst Rate regarding to hotel business
Sir ..agar mera hotel ka business hai ..or me room rent me tarrif 2300 ka rakhta hu ek din ka and extra bed k liye 800 ki rate hai ...to merko 2300+800 =3100 pe 18% gst lgaau ? Ya highest rate 2300 hai to 12 % gst ku ? Plz help

As per Notification 13/2018 CT (R) :
declared tariff has now been substituted with value of supply , the GST on hotel room will be charged on transaction value .
so it will be 18% on 3100/-
