GST Rate on works contract
GST Rate on works contract has been reduced from 18% to 12% with full ITC for Govt Dept in 20th GST council meeting held on 05 Aug,but Gazette Notification for same is still pending. Can Contractor issue TAX Invoice on reduced rate?
