what is the rate of gst if sub contractor provide service to contractor, and contractor provide service to goverment.

sub contractor ke liye gst rate kya hoga..?

now confusion arised. if main contractor provide service to govt then rate is 12%.

If only the works contract is a civil works,bridge, road or canal construction otherwise rate will be different to 12 %

if any contract to main contractor is at the rate of tax of 12% than any part or full contract sublet to other contractor so how could be a different rate of tax will apply unless subletting on basis of category of works like labour part sublet or earth work or material supply sublet.
