GST Rate on shop?
who much gst rate of commercial Shop as new per new gst rate. and the cost of shop is 35 lac. pls gaid mi.

Depends upon total commercial area in the complex. From 01.04.2019, some builders will be eligible for 5% GST.
area is 190 buldup. but bulder say rate can not be dawon that is same 12%.
