Gst rate on rent
Greeting Friends..
If a food processing company give his machinery buildings on rental basis to another company will gst impact. Rent amt 3,60,000/- PM
Kindly advise.

Rent on immmovable property for commercial purpose fetch 12 per cent tax rate in GST Regime.You have to pay tax at the rate of 12% on plant and machinery given by one company to other company on rental basis.
