what is the gst rate on services provided by recovery agents to banking company under rcm? ?

Bank will do the RCM on 5%
at what rate these invoices to be shown in b2b under rcm??
Some says 18% while some says 5%.
Pls confirm a single rate
Under GST regime, the bank should raise a self-invoice and thereafter appropriate GST @ 18% should be paid on the same.
