GST rate on Old purchase
GST rate of mobile before 31.3.2020 it was 12% now it is 18% so the good purchases before 31.3.2020 returned in this year what tax applicable old 12% or as per new rate 18%.

If the rate has been changed then new rates will apply on supplies. Also refer section 14 of cgst act
